Feminine hygiene products. Needlessly pricey?

Let's talk about our necessities. As a woman, once a month I have to go to the shop and buy products for my own hygiene, each time this happens I spend around 10 euro, living in Spain. Which you may think, well, that is not a great amount of money. Maybe it is not for someone in a good economic position, but for someone who barely has money to live, sometimes they have to choose between eating and personal hygiene. Does,'t this seem unfair? It is. While worldwide governments are deciding to spend their money in war, unnecessary political charges and many other things, there is women struggling out there to keep their own hygiene. In Spain, for example, 60.000 million € is spent in inefficient public charges (from a study from the IEE). Isn't that money enough to pay for hygienic products? It is. New year, new me.

Every year uncountable bucket lists are made with people trying to do something new or be someone new as fast as the change from night to day. We tend to expect much from the change of a year. Going to the gym, being a better version of yourself, changing habits. However, we sometimes forget that the change from a year to another happens in solely a day. So what if we proposed ourselves to make a major change any random day of the year? It would sound crazy, right? Because, how are you going to change a complete mindset from night to day. Everything is a progress, if we want to change something in our life, we have to start from something, that is true. But it is impossible to have unrealistic expectations and to try to change completely in a quick span of time. Giving ourselves these kind of objectives within a new year passes is only going to lead towards frustration for not being able to complete them, because obviously, it is unrealistic. Everything has its long way to go, and...

I'm so tired. So tired of trying. I used to do well whenever i wanted to do well, and so i did complain, but they were stupid complaints to try and fit in and not be dismissed as arrogant. But not matter how much i try now, it just seems never enough. I have given my social life, my sanity, my well-being. And still i am a total disaster, i keep seeing myself as a failure, in every possible way. And meanwhile im still trying so hard to fit in, but it seems antagonic. the more i try doing good at school the more dissociated from reality i feel, the more left out i feel. I know it is because of me, it is totally my fault for letting people out. But for me it is totally impossible to show my feelings, it is something that does not go well with me. And even if i did i would never tell anyone the truth, im dishonest with absolutely everyone, and i feel horrible about it. I wish it was easier for me, i wish i did not have to struggle that much to simply be okay, I wish happiness was easy ...
